How Does Our Las Vegas Physiotherapy Help You Stay Independent?
Living in a busy city like Las Vegas shouldn’t mean losing your safety or ability to move around. While many local clinics are crowded and rushed, our mobile physiotherapy model focuses on you alone, matched to your home and schedule. It’s because we believe the best place to learn how to move safely is in the rooms where you actually live.
Our therapists show you exercises, watch how you step over your own rugs, and help you walk through your actual hallways. This hands-on approach is a specialized health solution built to prevent falls before they happen and help you live on your own terms. You save your energy for the actual therapy, which helps you stay sharp and see faster results

Meet Our Expert Doctors
Dr. Joseph Klarberg
CEO
Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.
Andrea Barrett
Lead PT
My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.
Ken Gonzalez
PTA
My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need a doctor's note to start?
In Nevada, you can often start therapy right away. However, for Medicare to cover the visits, we will work with your regular doctor to obtain their signature on your plan. We take care of all that coordination for you.
2. Is this only for people who can't leave the house?
Not at all. While we help many people who find it hard to get out, our service is for any senior who prefers the privacy and one-on-one focus of home care over a busy gym or clinic.
3. How many times a week will you come?
After your first check-up, your therapist will suggest a schedule, i.e., one to three times a week, based on what you need to get back on your feet safely.
4. Does Medicare pay for the full cost?
Medicare Part B typically covers 80% of the cost of physiotherapy. If you have secondary insurance, it often covers the remaining 20%. We will check your specific plan before we even start.
5. What if my house is small or cluttered?
You don’t need to worry about that, because we only need a small space and a sturdy chair to work. In fact, seeing the clutter or tight spots helps us teach you how to move around them safely in your real life.
5. Can family members or caregivers be involved in the sessions?
Yes, we encourage it, our experts show your family or caregivers the best ways to help you move safely between visits. It helps us to bring everyone on the same page for your recovery and safety at home.
