Build Your Foundation for Secure Movement in Las Vegas

Staying indoors because you feel unsteady only leads to weaker muscles and a higher chance of a tumble. We stop this downward spiral by offering a calm clinical setting where you can rebuild your physical capabilities away from the noise and pressure of a standard gym.

Our approach centers on pinpointing if your footing has become unreliable due to joint stiffness or slow reflexes. We coach you through the physical mechanics of a wide-base turn and the nose-over-toe alignment to keep your center of gravity locked over your feet. You will practice weight-shifting techniques, like the side step and marching in place, to maintain your vertical balance on uneven surfaces and smooth floors

Focused Solutions for Your Balance and Safety

We provide clear and result-driven plans to help you overcome the physical shakiness that holds you back. Our goal is to help you walk with ease and feel secure on your feet, whether you are at home or out in the Las Vegas community.

Meet Our Expert Doctors

Dr. Joseph Klarberg

CEO

Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.

Andrea Barrett

Lead PT

My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.

Ken Gonzalez

PTA

My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.
