Repair damaged joints and reclaim your range of motion through a structured recovery plan that targets the source of your mechanical pain. We bridge the gap between injury and full activity by applying manual therapy and progressive loading to strengthen your bones, ligaments, and tendons. At our Las Vegas clinic, you receive the direct coaching needed to restore your physical integrity and move past the limitations of surgery or trauma. Stop settling for a stiff, restricted lifestyle and start the work required to move with total fluidity again.
Staying stationary is the enemy of a good recovery, your joints lock up, and your muscles lose their edge. We break this pattern by placing you in a controlled and professional setting where every movement serves a purpose. We get into the nitty-gritty of how your body moves, identify the weak links in your skeletal chain, and fix them through progressive physical work.
Our sessions center on the hard facts of your movement. We look at how you carry your weight and how your limbs react to pressure. The therapists teach you the hinge-and-pivot method for your hips or the scapular-set for your shoulders, so your body uses its natural levers correctly.
We provide clear, results-driven plans to help you overcome the structural issues that keep you sidelined. Our goal is to see you moving without a limp and sleeping without a dull ache in your bones.
Our clinic is dedicated to providing a level of personal attention that simply isn’t possible in a busy or overbooked gym. We take the time to understand your specific struggles so we can provide the help that actually makes a difference in your life. Here is why patients choose us in town:
Living with an injury is a drain on your freedom, and we believe in reversing it. We provide the grit, expertise, and heavy-duty equipment, and you bring the drive. Let’s get to work and build a body that can actually keep up with your ambitions.
CEO
Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.
Lead PT
My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.
PTA
My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.

Our team requests all patients to bring a list of any current medications and copies of recent imaging related to their injury, such as X-rays or MRI reports. We also recommend wearing loose-fitting athletic wear to physically examine the joint’s movement without fabric restriction.
Yes, we track your objective data, i.e., degrees of motion and weight-bearing capacity at every visit. We can provide detailed progress reports to justify medical necessity for insurance or to satisfy return-to-work requirements for physically demanding jobs.
Our therapists use progressive loading to toughen your bones and tendons; therefore, some muscle waking up soreness is expected within 24 to 48 hours. This is a biological sign that your tissues are adapting to the work. However, if you experience sharp pain, immediately contact our clinical professional.
We use specific exit exams that measure your strength symmetry. Once your injured limb produces at least 90% of the power of your healthy limb during our functional drills, you are cleared for high-impact activities or sports.
We usually recommend pausing outside gym work for the first two weeks so we can identify which movements are helping or hurting you. Once we establish your safe load limit, we will give you a modified list of exercises you can safely perform on your own time.
