A Direct Path to Lasting Relief at Our Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center

Chronic Pain Management is a heavy burden, but finding the right help shouldn’t be. Our clinic provides a calm and professional space where you can step away from daily stress and focus entirely on your healing.

Our therapists identify the root cause of your physical struggles and use natural yet effective methods to help you regain mobility. They teach you how to position your body to take pressure off your spine and how to stand up using your leg strength rather than straining your back. Moreover, the team also corrects your walking form and demonstrates how to bend or reach for items without putting pressure on your joints.

We provide clear, result-driven plans to help you overcome the specific types of pain that hold you back. Our goal is to help you move with ease and sleep better by quieting the aches that have become part of your daily life.

Meet Our Expert Doctors

Dr. Joseph Klarberg

CEO

Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.

Andrea Barrett

Lead PT

My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.

Ken Gonzalez

PTA

My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can you help if I’ve been in pain for many years?

Yes, many of our patients have dealt with chronic issues for a long time. We look at how your body has adapted to that pain and work on retraining your muscles and joints to move more naturally and comfortably.

Our approach is built on steady progress, we focus on techniques that calm your body and reduce overall swelling rather than adding stress.

We use clear physical markers, like how easily you can stand or how far you can walk without needing to sit down. We review these goals at every visit to ensure your plan is working.

Yes, a big part of our work is teaching you safe and simple movements you can do on your own. It helps you manage your comfort levels daily and keeps your recovery moving forward between your visits to our clinic.

While we work alongside your doctor’s advice, our goal is to fix the physical cause of the pain. Many patients find they can rely less on pills and more on their own body’s ability to stay comfortable by building strength and better movement.
