Experience equilibrium with expert stability retraining!

A Physics-Based Approach to Postural Control

Balance is a constant calculation handled by your brain, eyes, and joints, when one system lags, your safety is compromised. We intervene by stress-testing your balance in a controlled setting to find the blind spots in your movement. Our clinical experts apply the exact amount of physical stress needed to force your nervous system to adapt, react, and recover.

Our protocols are grounded in the hard data of human movement. We analyze your postural sway and reaction time to identify exactly where your body is cheating. You provide your brain with the high-fidelity signals it needs to stay centered by mastering midline orientation and reactive loading.

Meet Our Expert Doctors

Dr. Joseph Klarberg

CEO

Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.

Andrea Barrett

Lead PT

My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.

Ken Gonzalez

PTA

My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.

Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.

Yes, we specialize in Vestibular Rehabilitation, which uses specific head and neck movements to reset the balance sensors in your ear. This process often resolves vertigo symptoms in just a few sessions.

Strength is raw muscle power; balance is the brain’s ability to use that power in a split second. We train your reaction time, which is the most critical factor in preventing a fall.

Our primary goal is to reduce dependency on assistive devices. We will evaluate the way you
walk to determine whether your device is a necessary tool or if it is preventing your balance
muscles from strengthening.

We help you build stronger bones and safer movement habits by focusing on weight brain drills. This practical training guarantees that a simple trip doesn’t turn into a life-changing injury.
