Is In-Home Care the Right Choice for Your Henderson Lifestyle?
Henderson residents often face the dual challenge of navigating steep neighborhood hills and enduring the intense Nevada sun. Our mobile physiotherapy model removes these barriers by turning your living room into a private recovery suite.
We identify specific risks that a clinic-based therapist might miss by working with you in your actual living environment. We look at the height of your favorite chair, the grip of your bathroom tile, and the layout of your hallways to create a plan that works for your real life. This localized approach ensures that every movement we practice directly improves your ability to live safely and confidently in your own home.
We understand that your goal is to walk to your mailbox safely, play with your grandkids, or enjoy a stroll at the District without fear of falling.
Specialized Support Programs Built for You
We provide a variety of focused treatments to address the most common physical challenges faced by Henderson seniors. Each program is built on practical results and personalized care to help you get back to your daily routine as quickly as possible.
- Post-Surgical Joint Care: We guide you through the healing process after a hip or knee replacement, focusing on reducing swelling and slowly getting your range of motion back.
- Fall Risk Reduction: Our team works on your core strength and reaction time so you feel steady on your feet, even on uneven surfaces or stairs.
- Chronic Condition Management: We help ease the long-term stiffness and discomfort caused by arthritis or spinal issues using gentle, professional techniques.
- Stroke and Neuro Recovery: We provide specialized help to improve your balance and fine motor skills if you are managing a neurological condition.
- Safe Transition Care: If you have just returned from a local Henderson hospital, we perform a safety check and help you regain your strength to avoid having to go back.
Care Instructions for Your Health
- Choose the Right Seat: Use a sturdy chair with armrests as your base for home exercises.
- Brighten Your Paths: Keep hallways and entryways well-lit so you don't stumble at night.
- Focus on Grip: Wear supportive shoes with non-slip soles to stay steady on smooth floors.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink water all day long to keep your muscles from getting stiff in the dry heat.
- Speak Up: Tell your therapist right away if you feel dizzy or have any new pains.

Meet Our Expert Doctors
Dr. Joseph Klarberg
CEO
Dr. Joseph Klarberg, PT, DPT is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Outbound Therapy Services. With nearly five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Dr. Klarberg has worked across a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Through this diverse background, he developed a strong understanding of how physical therapy can be most effective when it is personalized, practical, and centered around the patient’s real-life needs. He is passionate about helping adults and seniors regain strength, mobility, and confidence without the stress or limitations of traditional clinic-based care. Dr. Klarberg founded Outbound Therapy Services after recognizing a significant gap in care within the Las Vegas community. Many patients found outpatient therapy difficult or unrealistic due to transportation, scheduling, or physical limitations, while traditional home health services are restricted by strict qualification criteria and limited insurance-approved visits. Outbound Therapy Services was created to bridge that gap by providing high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy directly in the home. This model allows for longer, more focused visits, personalized treatment plans, and care that is tailored to each patient’s environment—helping clients move better, stay independent, and receive the level of attention they truly deserve.
Andrea Barrett
Lead PT
My name is Andrea Barrett, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years, I have had the privilege of treating patients throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson communities. The majority of my career has been dedicated to providing physical therapy in the home setting, where I deliver individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each patient’s needs. My clinical approach focuses on improving functional mobility, promoting independence, and supporting patients in achieving meaningful, real-world goals.
Ken Gonzalez
PTA
My name is Ken Gonzalez, and I’ve spent nearly 10 years in the physical therapy field — starting as a tech and growing through roles in administration, marketing, outpatient ortho, and now home health as a physical therapist assistant. I chose home health because I love providing care that fits naturally into real life and helps people stay safe and independent where they’re most comfortable.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in staying active. You’ll often find me playing pickleball, working out, or spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me balanced and remind me why I’m passionate about physical therapy — helping people move, play, and live life fully.

1. How soon can a therapist visit my home in Henderson?
We usually schedule our first visit within a few days of your initial call. We prioritize patients who have recently been discharged from the hospital to ensure they have the support they need right away.
2. Do I need to buy any special equipment?
No, our therapists bring the necessary tools to your home. We also use the items you already have, like chairs and stairs, to make sure the training is practical for your daily life.
3. Is this service more expensive than a regular clinic?
For most patients with Medicare Part B, the cost is the same as a traditional clinic visit. We verify your benefits before we start so you know exactly what to expect.
4. Can you work with my Henderson-based primary doctor?
Yes, we stay in close contact with your local physician to make sure our therapy plan aligns perfectly with their medical advice.
5. Will I see the same therapist every time?
